Return Process

  Securely package the item in its original box and protective materials to ensure it reaches our warehouse in perfect condition.

  Schedule Collection

  For larger furniture items, we will help you arrange a professional courier collection; smaller items can be sent via your local post office.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
