Most of our handcrafted furniture pieces are made to order. Standard delivery typically takes 4-6 weeks, while smaller in-stock accessories are dispatched within 3-5 working days.
Do you offer fabric samples before I commit to an order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering fabric swatches to ensure the color and texture match your home. You can request up to six samples free of charge through our website.
Can I customize the finish or dimensions of a product?
We pride ourselves on being 'The Home of Customization.' Many of our pieces can be painted in a selection of our signature colors or your own choice of paint, and certain items can be adjusted to bespoke dimensions.
What are your shipping rates and delivery methods?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order. Larger furniture items are delivered via our specialist two-man white glove service to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
What is your return policy for bespoke items?
As bespoke and made-to-order items are created specifically to your requirements, they are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Standard, non-customized items can be returned within 14 days.
How should I care for my painted furniture?
To maintain the finish, we recommend wiping with a soft, slightly damp lint-free cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, and keep furniture away from direct heat sources to prevent cracking.
